Here is an overview of how the Serving Success 3-Month Coaching Experience will generally flow.


Week One: We discover your true Personal and Professional Goals, Vision, Mission, Core Values, and Philosophy

Weeks Two & Three: We Discover and Develop your Mindset & Strengths (necessary for successfully leading others)

Weeks Four & Five: We dive into Everything Customer Service & Customer Journey related (serving successfully is the heart of your business)

Weeks Six & Seven: All About Employee Success

Weeks Eight & Nine: All About Client Success

Weeks Ten & Eleven: All About Program Success

Week Twelve: The Final Week is set aside for Reflection and Repair (this week allows more room to flow and focus on additional needs you may have)


During our coaching experience you will receive:

Can I get a refund if I'm unhappy with my purchase?

All contracts are binding. I do not offer refunds on coaching services. I am here to coach you to your next level of success, and part of that is requiring a commitment from you to be fully invested in your coaching package. When refunds are an option, you can have “one foot in” the work, and “one foot out” the door. Take time to do your due diligence BEFORE purchasing your package and committing to work with me ensuring that I am the right coach for you.

Be confident in the days you schedule for our private coaching meetings. This coaching package is accelerated and highly focused with a goal to get you to your results. If you need to reschedule a private coaching meeting, you may do so by providing 24 hours notice and the rescheduled session must be within the same week as the original meeting. Sessions not cancelled 24 hours in advance with the option to reschedule for the same week will not be eligible for make-ups. It is important that you prioritize this work to receive the full benefit of your coaching package.

How do I schedule my initial Private Call/Zoom?

Upon purchasing coaching, you'll receive further instructions on how to book your first and subsequent coaching sessions.


Can I purchase coaching more than once?

Absolutely! If you find yourself in need of coaching more than once, simply purchase the coaching again. Also, request information about other custom coaching options.
